Rod said to me, “I have forgiven you your past, will you give me your future?”
What sweet words to me ears!
We have had quite the exciting and adventurous “future” since he asked me that question on the balcony of his parent’s apartment in Rhodadero, Colombia, South America on January 4th of 2001. I am looking forward to many more years ahead for more of it all. It has been quite the ride, and one that I am forever grateful to be on.
I am looking forward to the rest of our lives together.
Today is our seventh anniversary.
I love my husband and would do it all over again!
