We are so excited to say that Cristiana will be a big sister to a sister. Today in the ultrasound that I had the tech showed me, very clearly actually, the parts that make up our little girl. Cristiana from the beginning has been saying she is a girl, I, however, have always thought he was a boy.
God definitely has a way of keeping us humble. I “knew” that Cristiana was a girl. I was probably getting upity with my attitude of calling this one a boy. God is good, though, and gracious in giving us another little girl to add to our family. We are soooooo excited!
A friend told me today that this will be neat for Rod and I as we were both “onlies” in our families. Rod is the only boy, and me the only girl. So, we’ll get to see what it is like to have another of the same in the family. How neat!
We will give “Sally” a new name when she is born, one that no one but Rod and I will know until she comes out to meet the rest of the world. She is already so loved!!!!
I really have so many thoughts going through my mind right now, and none of them are really flowing to make this post coherent. So, I will stop now.
